  • Purpose: Evaluating B2B business partnerships, dealership, distributorship, or project-based partnership applications, verifying commercial partner profiles, and initiating/managing potential business relationships.

  • Legal Ground: Conducting pre-contractual processes and the necessity of data processing to establish a contract.
