Stil Group adopts a fully integrated approach to road marking, not only producing paints, glass beads, and resins, but also manufacturing its own road marking machines. This integration ensures all components work together seamlessly, enabling high-quality and efficient applications.

Stil’s proprietary equipment includes several specialized machines designed to meet various road marking needs. These include the Air Spray Road Marking Machine (500–3,000 kg capacity), ideal for both urban and intercity roads, designed for applying cold road marking paints using an air spray system. The Airless Road Marking Machine (500–3,000 kg capacity) is designed for airless applications, offering high maneuverability on narrow and uneven roads and is particularly suitable for water-based paint applications.

The Thermoplastic 10000 Series (500–10,000 kg capacity) is specifically designed for applying thermoplastic paints using spray or screw (helical) systems. It features a dual tank option allowing for multi-colored line applications. Furthermore, WATERJET (STL RMV 2718) is an environmentally friendly machine that removes road markings without chemicals, using adjustable high-pressure water jets up to 3000 bar. With a total capacity of 26 tons, it provides effective and safe cleaning for various surfaces.
