Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine
The Thermoplastic 10000 Air-Spray is a specialized road marking machine designed for thermoplastic paint applications using either a spray or helix (screw) system. Thermoplastic road marking paints, commonly used on intercity roads and highways, enable rapid application with minimal traffic disruption due to their fast-drying properties.
The Thermoplastic 10000 series is available in a variety of capacities ranging from 500 kg to 10,000 kg, making it suitable for projects of all scales.
Dual Tank Advantage for Increased Efficiency
- High-capacity models with a double tank system provide the flexibility to apply two different color lines simultaneously with two separate spray guns. Alternatively, for single-color applications, the second tank can function as a heater, significantly improving application efficiency and reducing overall project time. With its high performance and practical features, the Thermoplastic 10000 offers a reliable, time-saving solution for professional road marking operations.
Thermoplastic Road Marking Machines are high-performance equipment specifically designed for applying highly durable lane markings on highways, urban roads, and intersections. These machines melt powder thermoplastic paint inside their built-in heaters up to temperatures of approximately 180°C – 200°C to achieve a fluid consistency, and then precisely screed or spray it onto the road surface. By simultaneously dropping glass beads onto the freshly applied paint, these systems create wear-resistant lines that maximize night visibility and road safety, especially on high-traffic routes.
The greatest advantage provided by a thermoplastic road marking machine is that the thermoplastic paint bonds incredibly strong with the road surface due to its thermal properties and dries within a few minutes, allowing the road to be reopened to traffic almost immediately. Ranging from manual (hand-push) models to large truck-mounted fully automatic systems, these vehicles ensure that all horizontal traffic markings—including lane lines, pedestrian crossings, arrows, and speed limit signs—are executed quickly, flawlessly, and with long-lasting durability.
