As part of its fully integrated approach to road marking, Stil Group not only manufactures paints, glass beads, and resins but also produces its own road marking machines. This integration ensures that all components work seamlessly together, enabling high-quality and efficient applications.
Among Stil’s proprietary equipment are several specialized machines designed to meet diverse road marking needs. These include the LINESTIL Air-Spray Road Marking Vehicle (500–3,000 kg capacity), designed for the application of cold road marking paints using the air-spray system, ideal for both urban and intercity roads. The LINESTIL Airless Road Marking Vehicle (500–3,000 kg capacity) is developed for airless applications, offering high maneuverability on narrow and uneven roads and is particularly well-suited for water-based paint applications.
The LINESTIL Thermoplastic 10000 Series (500–10,000 kg capacity) is specially manufactured for applying thermoplastic paints using either spray or screw (helix) systems. It features a dual-boiler option, allowing for multi-color line applications. Additionally, the LINESTIL WATERJET (STL RMV 2718) is an environmentally friendly machine that removes road markings without the use of chemicals, utilizing adjustable high-pressure water jets up to 3000 bar. With a total capacity of 26 tons, it delivers effective and safe cleaning for a variety of surfaces.
