LINESTIL’s Aqua range offers environmentally friendly and high-performance solutions for road and curb markings. These products, including LINESTIL Aqua Water Based Road Marking Paint and LINESTIL Aqua Curb and Column Paint, are formulated with a modified pure acrylic resin made from a new generation of pure acrylic polymer. They are characterized as single-component, fast-drying, high-strength paints.
A significant advantage is the absence of organic solvents that can cause bitumen bleeding on asphalt surfaces, which contributes to excellent day and night visibility. These paints are harmless to human health and the environment, notably reducing VOC emissions by over 90% and carbon footprint by over 50% compared to solvent-based products.
Application
Methods and Conditions
The application of LINESTIL Aqua paints is flexible and can be performed using various methods. They can typically be applied with a brush, roller, spray, manual machines, and air spray road marking machines (Air Spray).
These paints are an excellent choice for applications where the fastest opening of traffic flow is necessary, offering a short drying time of approximately 20–25 minutes under conditions of 20°C and 50–80% humidity. For optimal application results, the surface must be clean and dry, free from dust, oil, grease, and salt. The surface and ambient temperature must be at least 5°C.

LINESTIL Aqua paints offer robust performance characteristics for durable markings. They demonstrate high UV, physical, and chemical resistance. They provide strong adhesion, high durability, and abrasion resistance when applied to asphalt and concrete surfaces.
LINESTIL Aqua Water Based Road Marking Paint is formulated to meet the requirements of the TCK General Directorate Highways Technical Specification, TS EN 1871, and TS EN 1436 standards. LINESTIL Aqua Curb and Column Paint also meets the requirements of EN 9720 standards and is certified by TSE.
